Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using TGModz or adding it to your server means you're agreeing to these terms. If you're not on board with them, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

TGModz helps server admins keep their communities in order. It handles things like automated moderation, user management, action logging, and per-server configuration.

3. Eligibility

You need to be at least 13 and follow Discord's own Terms of Service to use TGModz. If you're a server admin, you're responsible for making sure your members use the bot appropriately too.

4. Permitted Use

• Keep it legal and within Discord's Community Guidelines.
• Don't use the bot to target, harass, or threaten anyone.
• Don't try to poke around its internals, exploit it, or break it on purpose.
• Don't use it to push spam, malware, or anything illegal.

5. Service Availability

TGModz is provided as-is. It'll go down sometimes for updates or maintenance, and we can't promise it'll be up 100% of the time. We may also suspend or shut it down if we need to.

6. Limitation of Liability

We're not on the hook for anything that goes wrong from using (or not being able to use) the bot. That includes accidental mod actions, data loss, or anything else that might go sideways.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using TGModz after changes go up, that means you're good with them.

8. Termination

If a server or user is abusing the bot or breaking these terms, we can cut off access without warning.

9. Governing Law

These terms fall under the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes would be handled there.
