1. Information We Collect

TCD Beats keeps the following data to run the submission and claims system:

• User IDs and Usernames: Saved when you submit or claim something, so we can tie the record to your account.
• Submission Data: Titles, links, timestamps, and any other details you provide when submitting a beat or video.
• Claim Records: Who claimed what and when.
• Google Drive Links: File URLs from your submissions, kept so we can track and retrieve them.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To log and track beat and video submissions.
• To run the claims system and make sure submissions are attributed to the right person.
• To give server staff a view of submission history and stats.

3. Data Sharing

Submission info is visible to server staff and the community as part of how the bot works. We don't sell or share your data with anyone outside of that.

4. Third-Party Services

TCD Beats uses Google Drive to store submitted files. Once a file is there, it falls under Google's own Privacy Policy. We don't have control over what Google does with it on their end.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Submission and claim records stay in the system while the bot is running. If you want your data removed, reach out on Discord and we'll delete it within 7 days. Once deleted, it's gone permanently and can't be recovered.

6. Data Security and Encryption

Data lives on a private server that only we can access. Everything going between the bot and Discord's API is encrypted via TLS. We take reasonable steps to keep things locked down, though no system is completely immune.

7. Your Rights

Want to see what we have on you, get something corrected, or have it all deleted? Just reach out via Discord and we'll handle it within 7 days.

8. Children's Privacy

TCD Beats is not for users under 13. If you think a minor's data somehow got in, let us know immediately and we'll remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when needed. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Continuing to use TCD Beats after changes means you're okay with the update.
