1. Acceptance of Terms
Using TCD Beats means you're agreeing to these terms. If you're not comfortable with them, stop using the bot.
2. Description of Service
TCD Beats is built for the TCD community. It handles beat and video submissions, manages who's claimed what, connects to Google Drive for file storage, and keeps track of everything submitted.
3. Eligibility
You need to be at least 13 and follow Discord's Terms of Service to use TCD Beats. Any content you submit also needs to follow copyright law and Discord's rules.
4. Content Submissions
- Your beats and videos are yours. Submitting them doesn't change that.
- By submitting, you give us a non-exclusive license to store and display your content within the TCD server and community.
- Don't submit anything that uses someone else's music, samples, or IP without permission.
- Don't submit harmful, illegal, or clearly inappropriate content.
5. Claim System
- Claims work on a first-come, first-served basis. The bot handles the order fairly.
- Trying to game the claim system or grab beats you're not actually using can get your claim access removed.
6. Permitted Use
- TCD Beats is for TCD server use only. Don't try to repurpose it for something else.
- Don't probe it for exploits, try to reverse-engineer it, or break it intentionally.
- Don't spam commands or flood the submission system.
7. Service Availability
TCD Beats runs as-is with no uptime guarantees. It might go down for updates or maintenance. We'll try to keep disruptions minimal.
8. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for missed submissions, errors, or anything else that goes wrong while using or trying to use the bot.
9. Modifications
These terms can change. Continuing to use the bot after updates means you accept them.
10. Governing Law
These terms fall under Croatian law and any disputes would be handled there.
