1. Acceptance of Terms

If AdminMail is in your server or you're using it in any way, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't want to, just remove it from your server.

2. Description of Service

AdminMail is a modmail bot. When a user DMs it, the message gets forwarded into a ticket channel so your staff can respond. It also handles things like blocking users from opening tickets and tracking message stats.

3. Eligibility

You need to be 13 or older and follow Discord's Terms of Service to use AdminMail. Server admins take responsibility for how the bot is used in their server.

4. Permitted Use

5. Message Relay

When you DM AdminMail, that message gets passed along to the server's staff team in a ticket channel. By sending that DM, you're okay with your message being seen by those staff members.

6. Service Availability

AdminMail runs as-is with no uptime guarantee. It may go offline for maintenance or updates from time to time. We can also suspend or stop the service if we need to.

7. Limitation of Liability

We're not responsible for issues that come up from using AdminMail, including missed messages, mod actions that didn't go as expected, or data loss.

8. Modifications

These terms can change. If you keep using the bot after we've posted updates, that means you're accepting them.

9. Termination

If a server or user is clearly misusing AdminMail or breaking these terms, we can pull access without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes would go through the courts in Croatia.
